MAYOR HOOD TO CALL TO ORDER THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING FOLLOWED BY A MOMENT OF SILENCE AND THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
Regular Business:
Council Approval of the Agenda.
Council Approval of the Consent Agenda: The Consent Agenda, which includes: the meeting minutes for the July 10, 2025 Regular Council Meeting, the July 22, 2025 Special Meeting, and the July 29, 2025, FY 2024/2025 CRA and General Fund Line Item Budget workshops and the 1st 2025/2026 Budget Workshops as well as the Budget and Financial Statement as of July 31, 2025.

Council action on the Site Plan from the engineer on the Seaway Boat Ramp improvements for the County.
Council action on the Archaeology study for the Army Core of Engineers, required for the permitting of the Glenwood Park Stream Restoration Project at a cost of $6,400.00.
Council action on the 2025 Waste Management CPI increase to 2.5% on residential and commercial waste service.
Council action on the approval of the stripping and powder coating of the Light Pole Christmas Decorations at a cost of $7,500.00.
