- Council Approval of the Agenda.
- Council Approval of the Consent Agenda. which includes the meeting minutes for the December 14, 2024 Regular Council Meeting as well as the Budget and Financial Statement as of
December 31, 2024.

Joel Bradley of Warren Averett CPA to give the FY 2023/2024 General Fund and the CRA audit findings to the Council.
Council action to allow the Town Manager to submit another ad in the local newspaper for the vacant council seat held by Councilman McArthur who will be vacating his seat effective.
Discussion Items:
- Mayor Hood would like a discussion on the traffic issues with the Cinco Bayou School.
- Mayor Hood would like a discussion on the LOC Dinner the Town will be hosting in April.
