The COVID-19 declaration, and further states:
Section 1. COVID-19 Declaration Extended.
1. The COVID-19 Declaration is hereby extended for the maximum amount of time allowed by law or until the Mayor determines that a state of emergency no longer exists. However, this state of emergency shall not exceed any Executive Order from the Governor revoking or withdrawing Executive Order 20-52 and if Executive Order 20-52 is revoked or withdrawn, then this State of Emergency shall terminate automatically and without further action by the Mayor or Town Council.
