MAYOR HOOD TO CALL TO ORDER THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING FOLLOWED BY A MOMENT OF SILENCE AND THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.

REGULAR BUSINESS:

1. Council Approval of the Agenda. 

1. Council Approval of the Consent Agenda:  The Consent Agenda which includes the meeting minutes for the June 12, 2025 Regular Council Meeting, as well as the Budget and Financial Statement as of    June 30, 2025.

ACTION ITEMS:

1. Council action to set the FY 2025/2026 preliminary millage rate at 3.00 mills or possible increase to allow for community policing.

1. Council discussion on the Major Development Project 25-02-DO for 286 Kidd Street presented by Lowell Larson III and Mel Miller of Southern Ventures.   

1. Council to decide on a time to review RFQ’s the Town has received for the Engineering Contract for the Town from North Florida Professional Services and LJA Engineering, Inc.
