TOWN OF CINCO BAYOU, FLORIDA
The Town Council of the Town of Cinco Bayou, Florida, acting in its capacity as the Local Planning Agency (LPA), will hold a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan based on the Evaluation and Appraisal Review (EAR), pursuant to Chapter 163, Florida Statutes.

The proposed EAR-based amendments include updates to multiple elements of the Comprehensive Plan, including but not limited to the Future Land Use Element, Transportation Element, Infrastructure Element, Conservation and Coastal Management Element, Housing Element, Intergovernmental Coordination Element, Capital Improvements Element, and associated maps and policies.
The purpose of these amendments is to reflect current conditions, ensure consistency with state law, and improve clarity and usability of the Comprehensive Plan. The amendments may affect all properties within the Town. The Local Planning Agency will make a recommendation to the Town Council regarding the proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. A copy of the proposed amendments is available for public inspection at Town Hall during regular business hours.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the LPA with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
