All Building Permits, Sub Permits and Stand Alone Sub Permits need to go to the Town of Cinco Bayou and receive a Town of Cinco Bayou Approval Letter before any plan submittals or permits can be issued.
- Owner and/or Builder must show proof of a Town of Cinco Bayou Approval Letter.
- Certified Foundation Surveys need to be approved (signed) by the Town of Cinco Bayou and the original brought to the Growth Management office before a C.O. can be issued. We will allow a signed faxed copy of the survey to get an inspection, but the approved original must be received before a C.O. can be issued.
- For final inspections for new construction (sfd & cis) the Growth Management Department will call the Town of Cinco Bayou to let them know a final inspection has been requested. The Town of Cinco Bayou inspects the drainage, sidewalks and setbacks. They will issue an approval letter to the Growth Management Department.
- Addressing is assigned by the Okaloosa County 911 Address Coordinator.
- For new construction, the Water & Sewer Taps fees will need to be paid to The City of Fort Walton Beach.
- Fire Impact Fees must be paid to Ocean City Wright Fire Department.
