MAYOR HOOD TO CALL TO ORDER THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, FOLLOWED BY A MOMENT OF SILENCE AND THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
Town Attorney Jeff McInnis will give the first reading of Ordinance No. 259 on Electric Bicycles, revisions have been made since the first reading on December 11, 2025.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF CINCO BAYOU, FLORIDA; CREATING CHAPTER 51, TITLED “ELECTRIC BICYCLES, MOTORIZED SCOOTERS AND MICROMOBILITY DEVICES”; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

- Council Approval of the Agenda.
- Council Approval of the Consent Agenda. Which includes the Meeting Minutes for the December 11, 2025 Public Hearing and Regular Council Meeting and the Budget and Financial Statement as of December 31, 2025.
