- Council Approval of the Consent Agenda. Which includes the Meeting Minutes for the July 9, 2026 LPA Public Hearing, the Public Hearing and the Regular Council Meeting as well as the Budget and Financial Statement as of July 31, 2026.

Council action to update the permit fee schedule.
Council action to hire a company to repair the stormwater outfall pipe at Winn Davis Park and to set the amount to spend of no more than $10,000.00.
Council action to adopt Resolution 2026-01 to approve the 2026 Okaloosa County LMS that has been accepted by the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management pending formal community adoption.
